Converts source_calendar_date of the source_calendar into the corresponding AztecXiuhmolpilli date.

Converts the fixed date in to the corresponding AztecXiuhmolpilli date.

Converts the Julian Day number jd into the corresponding AztecXiuhmolpilli date.
