large_tables/0 optional config to handle performance issues for tables with large row counts. https://github.com/adobe/elixir-dumper/issues/7 showed that large tables would time out when rendering the records page due to the expensive count query. It was also discovered the order by inserted_at could also contribute to timeouts.
