> ExCubecl is an Nx backend powered by CubeCL via Rust NIFs.
Provides high-performance tensor operations on CPU today with
GPU acceleration (via CubeCL/WGPU) coming soon. Includes a C FFI
layer for iOS and Android mobile integration.
