Generate a stream of results for a given Twilio API URL. Pages are lazily loaded on demand.

Example

ExTwilio.ResultStream.new(ExTwilio.Call)
|> Stream.map(fn call -> call.sid end)
|> Enum.take(5)

# => [%ExTwilio.Call{ ... }, %ExTwilio.Call{ ... }, ...]
