• endTime (String): An annual commitment plan's interval's endTime in milliseconds using the UNIX Epoch format. See an example Epoch converter. Defaults to: null.
• startTime (String): An annual commitment plan's interval's startTime in milliseconds using UNIX Epoch format. See an example Epoch converter. Defaults to: null.
