获取用户手机号。
小程序通过 wx.login 获取 临时登录凭证 code ，并通过调用接口（如 auth.code2Session）换取 用户唯一标识 OpenID 和 会话密钥 session_key。 接着通过调用 getPhoneNumber 获取手机号获取凭证，然后使用该凭证调用此接口获取用户绑定的手机号。
