Telemetry
send_batch/1 calls :telemetry.execute/3 with with an event_name of:
[:opencensus, :honeycomb, :start]before sending[:opencensus, :honeycomb, :stop, :success]after sending successfully[:opencensus, :honeycomb, :stop, :failure]after sending unsuccessfully
The measurements map contains count and, in the trailing events, ms.
The metadata map contains:
