This is a basic plug that loads the current tenant assign from a given value set on subdomain.

To plug it on your router, you can use:

plug Triplex.SubdomainPlug,
  endpoint: MyApp.Endpoint,
  tenant_handler: &TenantHelper.tenant_handler/1
