PhoenixSwagger 
PhoenixSwagger is the library that provides swagger integration
to the phoenix web framework.
- Generate a swagger api specification from phoenix router and controllers
- Serve swagger-ui
- Validate requests against parameter schemas
- Validate responses against schemas in tests
